Fielding ranked 203rd among cities in Utah by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau in August.

The median income of Fielding residents was an inflation-adjusted $24,659 per year. Fielding had 156 households in 2017, with a population of 465.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was Dutch John. Dutch John's median income was $75,931 per year after adjusting for inflation – $51,272 more than Fielding. It had 20 households in 2017 and a population of 131.
