WPR UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARTING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees (the 'Board'), of WPR Utility District (the 'District'), will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, commencing at 12:35 p.m., at the District office located at 136 E. South Temple, Suite 1650, Salt Lake City, Utah, at which time the Board shall hear public comment on the following matters: 1. The District's Fiscal Year 2022-2023 budget. 2. The imposition by the District of fees and charges to be imposed for services to be provided by the District and the reasons for the imposition of such fees and charges.
Notice of Special Accommodations:
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, WPR Utility District will make reasonable accommodation for participation in all public meetings. This meeting may be held telephonically to allow a member of the public body to participate. This agenda is subject to change with a minimum 24-hour notice.
