Join the Hyrum Heritage Foundation in celebrating New York New Year's Eve on December 31 at Elite Hall! Dinner is from 7-8:30pm. Dancing begins at 8pm. Balloon drop at 10pm as we ring in 2023 with New York City! Tickets can be purchased online or at the door for $12/person.
